- Unbox immediately, trim stems at a 45° angle, remove lower leaves, and place in clean water. Change water every 2 days and keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Detailed care cards are included with every order.
- How long will my flowers last?
- With proper care, roses last 5-7 days, lilies 7-10 days, gerberas 7-10 days, and chrysanthemums 10-14 days. Orchids can last 2-3 weeks. Follow the care instructions for maximum bloom life.
- What is your freshness guarantee?
- We guarantee fresh, handpicked blooms arranged on delivery day. If you're not completely satisfied with the freshness or quality, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Can I schedule a delivery for a future date?
- Absolutely! You can schedule deliveries up to 30 days in advance. We'll prepare your arrangement fresh on the scheduled delivery date to ensure maximum longevity.
- Do you offer midnight delivery?
- Currently, our latest delivery slot ends at 8 PM. For special midnight requests for occasions like birthdays or anniversaries, please contact our customer care team at least 48 hours in advance.
- What if my flowers arrive damaged?
- While we take utmost care in packaging and delivery, if any damage occurs, please photograph the arrangement immediately and contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
